The olives coming onto the feeding band by the help of the Transfer Pump or the Barrel Emptying Machine are fed to the Stem picking Machine are picked throught the spraying process. Then the olives are fed to to the selection band. Here, ill-colored, rotten, wrinkled, etc. unwanted olives are selected manually. The robust ones are sent to the election machine through the bucket-feeding band. The elected olives go directly into the barrels by means of the high platform. At the end of the line, the olives will be ready for the shipment as washed, removed from the stems and leaves, selected and elected and put into the barrel.
